Our Team Coaching Partner Network
Team coaching is most effective when two or three coaches, depending on the team size, work together to coach the entire team. All the coaches are present for activities that involve the entire team, such as the engagement kickoff activities. Between team gatherings, coaching partners work one-on-one with each member of the team including the team leaders, to support them in fulfilling the commitments they've made to their teammates to support the agreed-upon goals the team has decided on. This network of coaches know how to work together not only to bring out the best in your team, but also to model great team trust, communication and transparency in ways that stick in the minds of the team being coached, strongly influencing them to adopt healthy collaborative behaviors that open up the team to maximum productivity while minimizing friction points.

You can choose which partners to"interview" for the job, and I may recommend a particular partner if I sense there would be a particularly strong fit.
